Reservations

Rooms are reserved via phone, e-mail or online reservation system. Rooms are not confirmed until notice is received from Scenic Cabin Rentals. Check payments only permitted if reservation made at least 4 weeks prior to trip date. People paying by check may pay half at time of reservation and balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Credit card users are billed full amount at time of reservation. ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT. THIS DEPOSIT IS AUTHORIZED TO A CREDIT CARD BUT NOT CHARGED OUT UNLESS DAMAGE OR POLICY VIOLATION HAS OCCURRED. Scenic Cabin Rentals reserves the right to hold a credit card number for check payers as a administrative procedure to insure against damages OR POLICY VIOLATIONS to cabins.

Two-night minimum required. Check-In is 3:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00 AM. (Contact us to inquire about earlier or later check-in and check-out times). There is no smoking allowed in any of the houses or the Inn. Large group inn reservations require a $500 damage deposit. The damage deposit is fully refundable if no damage is caused. Pets are allowed ONLY at CERTAIN CABINS and must be disclosed at time of reservation. Any non disclosed pet found in a cabin will be billed a $100 non-disclosed pet fee. Lost keys will be billed a $30 replacement charge.

Refunds of 90% with cancellation received 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Our Rental Agreement and Rental Policies are on this website. Upon reservation of cabin it is assumed renter has agreed to policies. A copy of the Rental Policies are also kept in a binder in the cabin.
