Scenic Cabin Rentals has partnered with Cliffview Resort in offering a beautiful 16 room log cabin Inn, a large 7000 sq ft Rental Banquet Center for weddings, corporate retreats, youth or church retreats, conferences and large family reunions. Various services can be provided for groups wanting a total package or we can offer the flexibility of leaving the coordination and planning to you. Services offered are catering, minister, florist, photography, DJ, table and chair set up and clean up. Come celebrate your next function in the scenic, pristine mountain region of the Daniel Boone National Forest. Experience the difference nature and beauty can provide!
The Inn is available for groups wanting to rent from 8-16 rooms for a sleeping capacity of 32 for 8 rooms up to 64 for all 16 rooms. It is the perfect location for destination weddings as the Inn, reception area (conference hall) and outdoor wedding deck with magnificent view are located all on same property. Inn has kitchen with 2 refrigerators, oven, microwaves, toasters, sinks, comercial coffee makers, ice machine, large banquet serving table. For fall & winter rentals there is a large stone gas fireplace. Smaller groups wishing for more privacy are welcome to rent cabins or to rent just one floor at the Inn. Use of a conference/banquet room and nice lobby area with large screen tv is included with each Inn rental. The conference/banquet room at the Inn seats up to 125 people. Each room comes with 2 queen beds, bathroom with sink and tub/shower, television and sliding glass door to outside deck with magnificent view of the mountain valley. A crystal clear 4 acre lake is across from the Inn offering some rooms a double scenic view! The Inn has plenty of free parking.
The Rental Hall/Banquet Center offers 7000 sq ft of space, two bathrooms, kitchen prep area, separate smaller room and deck on sides. Seating up to 225. This center is available for all types of various functions. Rental period is 8 hours, longer time is available, often groups may get in evening before to decorate at no charge. Call for details. Offers plenty of free parking spaces.
Smaller weddings may prefer the option of renting a cabin for their wedding. Small weddings at cabin may need to contact us for delivery of port o lets.

Other Services:Chair covers available in wedding white: $1.50 per chair or gold chair bows available for .75 cents per bow. Gorgeous white pillars with flowers for wedding deck to frame arbor- $30 rental fee per pair.
Massage Therapy: Pamper yourself before or after your day with a wonderful massage. Encourage your guests to schedule a massage to make a complete weekend get a way! Reasonable Prices-$35 for 30 minute massage, couples massage available, aroma therapy, all types of massage available. Therapist comes to the Inn or cabins with orders of 2.
Inn Rental Fees:Set Up Fee-to set up tables and chairs: (No fee for groups of 70 or less)
At Inn for set up to 125 people- $100
Inn Rental Rates: One Floor is 8 rooms; 2 floors is 16 rooms; conference/reception hall , kitchen, wedding deck included.
Weekend Rate includes 16 rooms, reception hall, kitchen and outdoor deck for both nights: Jan, Feb, March, and Dec.-$2900 plus tax. (Excludes Holidays)
For April, May, August,September, November- weekend rate of 2 nights is $3600 plus tax.
For June, July and October- weekend rate of 2 nights is $4600 plus tax.
-One Floor Inn Rental is 8 rooms plus conference/reception hall & kitchen : $1200 for one night $2300 for two nights rental of one floor or 8 rooms.
Winter (Excludes Holidays)Dec.-Mid March: Winter Inn Rates are discounted: $1600 for all rooms for one night or one floor of 8 rooms for both nights- $2900 for all rooms for both nights. These are great rates, best deal is to plan a winter wedding or conference!
Individual Room Rentals Available on weekends if no events scheduled or available anytime during the week. Individual rooms are only rented out 45 days in advance.
For Jan, Feb, March, first two weeks in Dec. - Weekday rate is $59 a night, Weekend price is $79.
For Apr, May, Aug, Sept, Nov. - Weekday rate is $79 a night, Weekend is $99 a night.
For June, July and October- Weekday rate is $89 and Weekend rate is $129 a night.
Clean Up Conference Room or kitchen: No charge if you do basics. $100 (Charged if your group does not do basic clean up of decorations, trash, dishes, etc)
Conference Room Rental- Limited Availability- $400. Great for office parties, conferences. Seating up to 125 available.
Rental/Banquet Hall: $925- large 7000 sq ft, seats up to 225 people. Discounts for smaller groups on Sundays & weekdays. Call or e-mail for weekday discounted rates. Set Up Fee Included in Rental Hall/Banquet Center Reservation.
Overlook Point Chair Set Up Fee: Cliffview Resort can deliver and set up chairs to the Overlook Point area for outdoor weddings for a fee of $150. Maximum number of chairs permitted at Overlook area is 125. Overlook Point Rental for outdoor ceremonies is $75. Overlook Point only availalbe to those renting another building within Cliffview Resort.
Minister Fee: $75 up to 45 minutes.
