We had my daughters 18th birthday at Black Bear Cabin. It was an amazing experience! The cabin was spotless, great view, loved the hot tub & sauna, perfect size for 10+ people (even though it was 2 bedrooms). Spacious living area, open kitchen and wrap around deck. Not to mention wonderful customer service. We will definitely stay again. - 10/16/2023

My family and I gather for an early Christmas each year. This year we chose to do so at the Whippoorwill cabin. It could not have been better. We were fortunate to have great weather in December but the cabin itself was fantastic. Great setup for our family. New couches and fridge. Nothing seemed to be dated. The pool table was great for us. We really enjoyed the porch overlooking the pond and the fire pit for some singalongs. The roads in are a little rough, I would have felt uneasy in the snow but the cabin and area were perfect once we were there. Thanks to sceniccabins for a wonderful experience and a shoutout to the ladies in the office who were very nice and helpful. Good guest service. - 12/21/2020

We stayed in the Camelot cabin and had such a wonderful time! It was tucked away in the forest and was absolutely gorgeous. We even saw a deer and a raccoon! It was perfectly placed near the attractions around red river gorge too. Had some home items around so no need to pack too much of those necessities (kitchen utensils, toilet paper, etc.) Also had a steamy nice hot tub and a grill. Would totally recommend! The staff was very friendly when we were checking in. They had given us written directions to the cabin since reception can be spotty. The main office is located in the Daniel Boone Coffee shop. We stayed at the bear paw cabin. It was very clean, cute, and modern. The doors took some time to get used to because of how they lock. There is only enough room to park one car and to turn around you will have to do a 5 point turn. Over all, the cabin was very nice. Heads up: if you stay during the fall time and you hear a loud bang, it is probably just an acorn falling on the roof. - 2/16/2022

S’more Fun Cabin at Scenic Cabin Rentals was a great home to stay in for our weekend friends trip! The house was a perfect size for a group of 10. The house was cozy with the fireplace and had a large kitchen for us to cook in. We definitely recommend this cabin! - 2/02/2023

Above the Pines cabin is fabulous! We recently had a weekend stay with another couple at Above the Pines and loved it. This is a new cabin (2021) and is such a great place to stay. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and so pretty with vaulted ceilings and beams, new furniture and nicely decorated. There is a huge deck outside with a hot tub and lovely views of the area. There is a queen bed in 1 of the bedrooms and 2 queen beds in the other one and the beds were comfortable.
The staff is great and the office is located in the Daniel Boone Coffee Shop where you can pick up needed supplies and they also serve food, coffee and drinks there. If you are planning a trip to the gorge, I think you would be very happy with your stay at Above the Pines. More - 8/03/2022

The Enchanted Forest cabin was a perfect place to stay for a climbing trip. Its proximity to Miguel's and Muir Valley was particularly nice. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and came with plenty of dishes and cookware to allow for homemade meals. I would definitely stay here again. - 2/16/2022

We only use Scenic Cabin Rentals when we visit the Gorge. We have stayed in several now; the cabins are always clean and well stocked and there are options for every group size. Management is easy to get ahold of if we have any questions and they make the process of renting easy and painless. We love our stays so much, we keep coming back.
