I've stayed at five different cabins managed by Scenic Cabin Rentals over the past few years and have always found them to be clean and in good condition. The office staff has always been responsive if I've needed anything; such as gas for a grill or battery for a smoke alarm. They have even been very accommodating whenever I've rented a cabin at the last minute and they had to rearrange their cleaning services in order to get the cabin ready for my arrival. I'm pretty particular with where I stay and for now I have no reason to use another cabin rental company unless they don't have any properties available for the dates I need. - 5/16/2022

Returning customer We have rented with scenic cabin rentals several times. They are always clean and have amazing locations. Also, the Daniel Boone store has booze now where you pick up the key to go to your cabin. It is great. We love the red We will continue to rent with them - 3/21/2024

My family and I gather for an early Christmas each year. This year we chose to do so at the Whippoorwill cabin. It could not have been better. We were fortunate to have great weather in December but the cabin itself was fantastic. Great setup for our family. New couches and fridge. Nothing seemed to be dated. The pool table was great for us. We really enjoyed the porch overlooking the pond and the fire pit for some singalongs. The roads in are a little rough, I would have felt uneasy in the snow but the cabin and area were perfect once we were there. Thanks to sceniccabins for a wonderful experience and a shoutout to the ladies in the office who were very nice and helpful. Good guest service. - 12/21/2020

Heaven's Gait This was our first time using Scenic Cabins and we will use them again. We very much enjoyed our secluded stay. If you want rest and relaxation I highly recommend this cabin. Beds aren't that comfy but nothing you can't get past. We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I can definitely say this place was clean and comfortable. Smelled clean when we walked in. What an awesome stay in Bear Den cabin! Cabin was super clean and had everything need to cook a meal in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and the hot tub on the deck was wonderful. We stayed in Black Bear Cabin over the weekend. Based on some of the Airbnb reviews we were a little hesitant, but it ended up being a great cabin and an all around great stay! Check in and out were smooth and easy! I really felt like the listing photos undersold the cabin a bit, as it was definitely larger in person than the photos showed. The tv had also been updated since the listing photos which was a nice surprise. The cabin was clean, with lots of toilet paper and towels and clean linens. The hot tub and sauna were both wonderful and clean as well! Overall I felt like the cabin was a great value for the price. The communication between staff was very helpful when we were worried about potentially checking in late, and everything went really smoothly. Obviously it’s a cabin and not a 5 star hotel, so not everything is brand spanking new, but everything was clean and functional with several extra items stocked in case you had forgotten your own. We stayed at Campfire Burning with 2 adults and 3 kids. The stay was great. Weather could have been better but you can't help that. The hot tub definitely helped on the chilly nights. I do wish there was a directory of nearest grocery stores and preferred dining. - 2/16/2022

The front desk is super easy to get ahold of and they are super nice and love to help out there guest. I stayed with this cabin company back in September I absolutely loved the cabin I stayed in. Everything was clean check in was easy the people at the front desk was super nice! The coffee shops coffee is great! I would definitely stay with them again - 9/01/2021
