Returning customer We have rented with scenic cabin rentals several times. They are always clean and have amazing locations. Also, the Daniel Boone store has booze now where you pick up the key to go to your cabin. It is great. We love the red We will continue to rent with them - 3/21/2024

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway at the Peaceful Getaway Cabin. We absolutely loved it. Very clean and spacious cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and more.. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit too. We loved it so much we are going back for 5 days in December ❤💚 This cabin is perfectly named, it was a VERY Peaceful Getaway for us. - 10/24/2021

We had my daughters 18th birthday at Black Bear Cabin. It was an amazing experience! The cabin was spotless, great view, loved the hot tub & sauna, perfect size for 10+ people (even though it was 2 bedrooms). Spacious living area, open kitchen and wrap around deck. Not to mention wonderful customer service. We will definitely stay again. - 10/16/2023

We recently stayed at the Woodpointe cabin just outside Natural Bridge and had a wonderful time. Everything about the cabin was exactly as described and the process went smooth from reservation to check-out. Everyone with Scenic Cabin Rentals went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 5-star experience. Great job by all and we will definitely visit again in the future. - 2/02/2023

After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about our reservation to the Black Bear Cabin. However, after the super easy check in, we were given directions to our Cabin, which was about 15 minutes away, we were pleasantly surprised! The drive up to the Cabin was a little rough if you don't have 4 wheel drive but we made it ok with my Chevy Traverse (4 wheel drive is a MUST in the Winter) and walking in we were so Happy with our choice. There was NOTHING we would have changed about it. The Cabin was extremely clean and well kept, we saw no traces of any mice as listed in the other cabin reviews or even spider webs. Yes we actually expected to see those, lets be real you are in the middle of a Forest, but NOTHING! The downstairs consisted of the living room with a flat screen TV, DVD Player, books and games. We brought our Firestick and connected to the provided WIFI, the Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, dishes, pots pans, silverware, even spices and coffee filters. A Full bathroom downstairs with the most amazing shower ever, bring your own towels and wash cloths, and one of our most favorite parts was the personal sauna, we spent a lot of time in this!! The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a half bath! The ladder to the upstairs is not made for the mobility impaired as it is just like a normal ladder, however that is very clearly listed in the description and the beds were amazing. The hot tub was perfect after long days in the car or hiking, it was very well kept and clean, also for those like me, YES the lights did work We definitely give this cabin 10 out of 10 stars and are already planning a return stay with them next year for Vacation! - 2/16/2022

The front desk is super easy to get ahold of and they are super nice and love to help out there guest. I stayed with this cabin company back in September I absolutely loved the cabin I stayed in. Everything was clean check in was easy the people at the front desk was super nice! The coffee shops coffee is great! I would definitely stay with them again - 9/01/2021

Our family of 4 along with 3 other families stayed in the S’more fun in the gorge cabin in December. There were 7 adults and 9 young kids. Each couple had their own bedroom with attached private bath. This was a real luxury. Our group has stayed at several cabins together over the years and we’ve never all had our own bathrooms. There was another room with 2 sets of bunk beds and space for an air mattress where 8 of the kids slept. There is plenty of open space so we never felt cramped. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a large kitchen table that will fit 10 people at a time. The cabin was very clean and the staff was really friendly. Beautiful scenery, top of the line cabin My husband and I stayed in the S'more Fun in the Gorge Cabin with 3 other couples for a small group trip from our church. This cabin did not disappoint. There were private bedrooms for each of us all with a private bathroom. All of the bedrooms were nice so no "fighting" over who got the better room. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking supplies we needed (pots/pans, plates/cups, blender). There was a large table so all 8 of us could sit around the table. We had some time to play the guitar and sing together and we were all able to sit on the deck together with several outdoor chairs available. Only one bedroom did not have its own deck but it was next to the front door with a lovely bench to sit on and enjoy nature. We saw deer walking around each morning. We wanted a place where we could all hang out together and that was possible on the upper and lower decks, in the living room and around the table as well as sitting on the sun porch. The hot tub was nice although the water was not as hot as we would have liked. There was plenty of parking. The directions to the cabin are detailed but lead you right here. Just read them carefully. Wifi worked. The cabin was clean and the staff was very kind for check-in and check-out. Our group wanted something that was not too far from Lexington and this place delivered. We spent time hiking in the Gorge and kayaked in the Gorge Underground. We would love to come back again next year! - 10/01/2020

S’more Fun Cabin at Scenic Cabin Rentals was a great home to stay in for our weekend friends trip! The house was a perfect size for a group of 10. The house was cozy with the fireplace and had a large kitchen for us to cook in. We definitely recommend this cabin! - 2/02/2023

Above the Pines cabin is fabulous! We recently had a weekend stay with another couple at Above the Pines and loved it. This is a new cabin (2021) and is such a great place to stay. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and so pretty with vaulted ceilings and beams, new furniture and nicely decorated. There is a huge deck outside with a hot tub and lovely views of the area. There is a queen bed in 1 of the bedrooms and 2 queen beds in the other one and the beds were comfortable.
The staff is great and the office is located in the Daniel Boone Coffee Shop where you can pick up needed supplies and they also serve food, coffee and drinks there. If you are planning a trip to the gorge, I think you would be very happy with your stay at Above the Pines. - 7/01/2022

Second time staying in their cabins, and absolutely love it! The cabins are clean, and furnished with taste, everything you could need while staying is stocked, and the staff is impeccable with their attention to details and care for their guests.
