Wonderful, peaceful Clean and peaceful. My boys playing in the river and chilling in the hammock brought them back together. The added bonus of NO cell service made it extra enjoyable. I would recommend the Restful River to anyone looking to have a vacation of rest and decompression. - 6/01/2023

What a lovely, magical place for a wedding. I even enjoyed the drive out there! I stayed with my sister and her H - we had a great time. Nice cabin. If we'd had more time - i.e. no wedding to attend - we'd have spent more time strolling about, maybe doing the zip line or hiking the ridge. As it was, it was still good. And the wedding was beautiful, the reception truly wonderful. I danced and danced...what fun! I'll be back as soon as I can manage. Great place to unwind - - 5/31/2015

Returning customer We have rented with scenic cabin rentals several times. They are always clean and have amazing locations. Also, the Daniel Boone store has booze now where you pick up the key to go to your cabin. It is great. We love the red We will continue to rent with them - 3/21/2024

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway at the Peaceful Getaway Cabin. We absolutely loved it. Very clean and spacious cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and more.. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit too. We loved it so much we are going back for 5 days in December ❤💚 This cabin is perfectly named, it was a VERY Peaceful Getaway for us. - 10/24/2021

As an employee, I can attest to the dedication and commitment of my employers to always go above and beyond to ensure that each guest is well satisfied with their stay and to work with any guest to resolve issues that may arise. During the recent storms, many trees were down on rental properties and my employers worked non-stop to resolve the situation. We absolutely loved everything about Back to Nature. We stayed the weekend of March 11-13 and received 5 1/2 inches of snow friday night. We enjoyed hiking in the winter wonderland and coming back to the cabin hot tub and fireplace. Thanks for an unforgettable girls weekend. We are coming back to stay again in Nov. - 4/16/2022

We stayed in the Camelot cabin and had such a wonderful time! It was tucked away in the forest and was absolutely gorgeous. We even saw a deer and a raccoon! It was perfectly placed near the attractions around red river gorge too. Had some home items around so no need to pack too much of those necessities (kitchen utensils, toilet paper, etc.) Also had a steamy nice hot tub and a grill. Would totally recommend! Above the Pines cabin is fabulous! We recently had a weekend stay with another couple at Above the Pines and loved it. This is a new cabin (2021) and is such a great place to stay. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and so pretty with vaulted ceilings and beams, new furniture and nicely decorated. There is a huge deck outside with a hot tub and lovely views of the area. There is a queen bed in 1 of the bedrooms and 2 queen beds in the other one and the beds were comfortable. The staff is great and the office is located in the Daniel Boone Coffee Shop where you can pick up needed supplies and they also serve food, coffee and drinks there. If you are planning a trip to the gorge, I think you would be very happy with your stay at Above the Pines. - 8/01/2022

This is a review of The Grizzly by Eric Drake. We had an awesome time. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was secluded yet close enough to everything we wanted. Privacy and social if you wanted. The hot tub was brand new and very nice. It was clean and we'll taken care of. We definitely recommend it and will be back later this year - 6/16/2022

My family and I gather for an early Christmas each year. This year we chose to do so at the Whippoorwill cabin. It could not have been better. We were fortunate to have great weather in December but the cabin itself was fantastic. Great setup for our family. New couches and fridge. Nothing seemed to be dated. The pool table was great for us. We really enjoyed the porch overlooking the pond and the fire pit for some singalongs. The roads in are a little rough, I would have felt uneasy in the snow but the cabin and area were perfect once we were there. Thanks to sceniccabins for a wonderful experience and a shoutout to the ladies in the office who were very nice and helpful. Good guest service. - 12/21/2020

We stayed at Campfire Burning with 2 adults and 3 kids. The stay was great. Weather could have been better but you can't help that. The hot tub definitely helped on the chilly nights. I do wish there was a directory of nearest grocery stores and preferred dining. - 2/16/2022
