Crow’s Nest is set on a large wooded lot in the heart of Cliffview Resort with its own private pond with a dock and benches for fishing & swimming. It has a hot tub with seating for 5, gas grill, fiber optic Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV’s both have satellite TV with music channels! Central heat & AC, 4 decks with view of the woods, and an outdoor fire pit with picnic table and benches. It is a perfect house for large groups who prefer to spread out over 3 floors; some may enjoy the game room den and others may choose to watch a movie upstairs in the main open living room. Ideal to split out the kids on one floor and adults on another. 2 sets of stairs connect all 3 floors. Inside is narrow spiral staircase with a second set of much wider stairs outside.
