This beautiful log cabin sits completely secluded in a wonderfully refreshing mountain setting near a peaceful trickling creek. Take a dip in the hot tub with plenty of room for everyone in the awesome gazebo! Enjoy toasting s'mores on the crackling campfire while chatting with friends in the hot tub or your resident grill master manning the charcoal grill.
Sleep with the windows open and take in the white noise of the breeze or trickle of the creek in one of two private bedrooms (one with a King Bed and one with Queen Bed). Creekside can sleep up to 4 and has central heating and A/C. The house shares a newly renovated (2023) full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bad weather? Leave it behind under the covered porch furnished with rocking chair and seating. Take the fire inside to the beautiful wood burning stone fireplace (increasingly rare at red river gorge!) which stands as the centerpiece of the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ice maker, water dispenser, coffee maker, and all of the kitchenware you need for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. There is also a new washer and dryer! The living room features satellite Wi-Fi and is connected to the Amazon Fire Smart TV. There is also a DVD player, perfect for winding down on the plush comfy couches next to the fireplace while enjoying your favorite movie or streaming show. Road access is easy and flat. Pavement up to the last mile or so which becomes gravel to a flat spacious Gravel Driveway with room to park trailers!

Be conscious of area wildlife. Copperhead snakes have been known to sunbathe by the creek during summer and fall months. While they are docile, they may strike if stepped on or alarmed.
