This gorgeous cabin is entering our rental program for the first time after being a full time residence and 2nd home. The best two bedroom cabin you will find. It incorporates ironwork and an elaborate stone fireplace. This cabin is nestled in a private setting in the gated community of Cliffview Resort far from neighboring cabins.
The open kitchen and spacious living room is centered on a towering see-through fireplace with gas log insert. The kitchen has granite counters and plenty of room for cooking on the gas stove. The refrigerator has an automatic ice maker. Appliances up to but not limited to: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer and standard cooking and kitchenware. The dining table seats up to 6. The kitchen also has bar stool seating for two. Unwind on the sofa and chairs in the living room while watching your favorite program on the 55’’ flat screen smart TV connected to high-speed Wi-Fi internet.
Two Private bedrooms sit on either end of the living space, both with a private Full bathroom. One has a queen memory foam bed and the 2nd bedroom has a new (2024) King bed.
For those looking for extended stays, this cabin also has a laundry facility with full sized appliances. A table and chair in the king bedroom doubles as a work desk for remote work should duty call. The Queen bedroom has a closet with shelving and a coat rack.
Outside is a covered patio area with a table for dining or lounging. The Hot tub has seating for up to 6. The Gas Grill is natural gas for worry free endless grilling. The fire pit sits right behind the grill with seating for all. The covered front porch has lounge and rocking chairs.
This cabin does not allow indoor smoking. It does not have a dishwasher and does not allow pets.
Flying Squirrel is easily accessible with a 2wd car on paved roads to a long flat gravel driveway. Plenty of space to park several off-road trailers!
Attractions nearby: 1.5 miles from the Zipline. Nearby is Rockhouse Barbeque, Easter Mountain Guide, Hops Fork, Hollerwood Off-Road Park. Climbing areas: Muir Valley, Beer Trailer Crag, Roadside / The Zoo, Emerald City/Lady Slipper, Torrent Falls. Pendergrass Murray Rec. Park. Coffee Shop and Bulldog Bouldering Spot

Policies
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by the person listed on the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival date and a $50 cancellation fee is applied. If a reservation is canceled within 3 weeks of arrival, money received will be forfeited unless cabin is re-rented for the same number of nights. You may choose to reschedule your visit one time if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival for small cabin or 21 days if large cabin. Scenic Cabin Rentals is not responsible for inclement weather, illness, someone in your party “backing out”, etc
Deposit Policy
A credit card is required to be on hold in case of damage. Renters paying by credit card may pay the full amount at time of reservation or pay half on card at time of reservation and half 3 weeks prior to trip. Online bookings require full credit card payment upfront. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders and checks. Renters wishing to pay by check may do so by submitting check 3 weeks prior to arrival date. We reserve the right to require a credit card to hold the cabin, to cover damages, or to charge for “illegal or non-disclosed” pets or for non-compliance of trash policy. People paying by check without a credit card or using pre-paid credit card may pay the extra $350 upfront and this money will be returned once cabin has been inspected. We do not share any credit information with any customers or third parties, all credit card information is kept private.

Very comfortable, all the amenities were great, nice covered porch to sit , very quiet and private. Loved the layout of the house, two bathrooms with two bedrooms. Perfect for two or 4 people.
