Property Details

This authentic log cabin sits on several acres with a fantastic mountain valley view. Stocked fishing pond next door. Great sunsets off the back deck. This is an ideal spot for families who want to escape from "city life" and enjoy peace and nature.

Cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, a nice game room with full size pool table, Nice Hot tub with seating for 4, propane gas grill, fire pit area, pond for catch and release fishing, an electric fireplace, Satellite TV, A New Flat Screen Smart TV in the living room, and TV's in the game room and master bedroom. Cabin features High Speed Wi-Fi internet, dvd/vcr, central heat and air. There is a futon for extra sleeping in the game room for teens and kids. The Game room has a door to make it private if needed. House is best suited for 4 adults and kids.

No parties or large groups permitted. Homeowners live across the pond should you need anything.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by the person listed on the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival date and a $50 cancellation fee is applied. If a reservation is canceled within 3 weeks of arrival, money received will be forfeited unless cabin is re-rented for the same number of nights. You may choose to reschedule your visit one time if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival for small cabin or 21 days if large cabin. Scenic Cabin Rentals is not responsible for inclement weather, illness, someone in your party “backing out”, etc

Deposit Policy

A credit card is required to be on hold in case of damage. Renters paying by credit card may choose to pay the full amount at the time of reservation or pay half at the time of reservation and the remaining half three weeks prior to their trip. Online bookings require full credit card payment upfront.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders, and checks. Renters wishing to pay by check may do so by submitting their check at least three weeks prior to the arrival date. Please note that for some properties, a $350.00 damage deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable provided no damages occur during the stay.

We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for damages, “illegal or non-disclosed” pets, or non-compliance with the trash policy. If a refund of the damage deposit to the credit card declines for any reason, we reserve the right to issue the refund via check instead.

We value your privacy. We do not share any credit card information with other customers or third parties, and all credit card information is kept secure and private.

The stay was great would recommend staying here as it was nice and secluded off the road and the owners living next door to be able to help with anything you need they are great people and very welcoming along with the 4 legged fur baby’s enjoyed them when they came to visit us for are stay made us feel like we was home with are four legged baby’s especially there dog max keeping things away through the night from roaming the territory he is sweet and gentle hated to say goodbye to him but overall a very nice stay

Extremely private and quiet back off the main road. Close to RRG and other cool areas. Fishing pond and hot tub are nice extras. The addition of Internet and Dish TV was great as cell service is spotty there.
