Only stayed a couple of nights.
Did not use the shower-not sure how they were.
But overall a good place.

Very nice, peaceful

Great location and peaceful neighborhood. We visited with a few family friends. The kids enjoyed all the activities at the cabin after a day of biking, paddling and/or hiking nearby.

Accessible and roomy cabin

My family enjoyed a relaxing weekend near Red River and the place was a big part of our experience. I recommend it for anyone who is visiting the area.

Great location!

Nancy’s Woodpointe cabin was so perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room for everything and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking a big family meal in the spacious kitchen, the hot tub, the ping pong table and vintage arcade games. Close to everything you need in RRG! Would love to come back.

Good amount of space, easy access, close to where we needed to be.

We loved the cabin. It had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. I was impressed! The hot tub area is great with a nice view of a field full of wildflowers. It was better than expected. The lattice gave a little privacy but you still had a nice view. Great house overall!

Great place! In addition to the great things advertised, Nancy was very accommodating, and she even managed to locate a pack-and-play for us, making our travel much easier. Would definitely stay here again.

Great scenic getaway for our group. Peacefully set among other cabins with plenty of room to roam about. Everything was exactly as described and would highly recommend a stay here in the beautiful Red River Gorge area!!!

We stayed during the extreme bitterly cold -5 degree-weather and lost power for three hours. I appreciated Nancy contacting us to see if power had returned.

Great cabin for the price. Plenty of room for spreading out. My family was very happy with our short stay here. Had everything we needed during our stay.

We had a great time at the Woodpointe Cabin. Good location for all the crags at the Red! We had our our Thanksgiving there and had no trouble cooking the entire meal and seating everyone. The beds very comfy, we appreciated the 3/4 king sized beds and the two toilets for the upstairs room. Would definitely stay here again!

We got a group of friends together to meet up here for a weekend at the gorge. We wanted to go to gorge underground for the kayaking which worked out perfect for this stay. It's less than a mile from the cabin. Overall we were very pleased with the cabin. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that had me a bit worried is that they would not give me the address even after we were paid in full. If that happens when you rent don't worry. It is easy to find once at the office. Definitely recommend the cabin.

The rental at Woodpointe was spacious for our of 8 to gather for family vacation. The amenities were great and a good location to access much of the area .

Everything was beautiful, the cabin,the area, the neighbors. Will definitely go back.

Heads up - this is a cabin-renting company, NOT a regular AirBnB. The place was fine, but there was no personal feel about it like when you are using a real AirBnB. The office has strict hours, no emergency phone numbers, and was hard to find. The cabin was in an area of HIGH construction, which got started early every morning on all sides of the house. The nice deck cover was not installed and there was a family of carpenter bees protecting the entrance - about 10 of them. There aren't any views from the house itself, but if you have a large group, I can see where this would be a great place to stay - there was plenty of room, plenty of toilets, and many local activities to keep you busy. We were in town for a wedding, and did make it to the Red River Gorge Natural Bridge.

Our four families came to visit RRG for a weekend of climbing, and had a great stay at this clean and spacious cabin. It was conveniently located near several crags we went to, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for home cooked meals (bring your own sharp cutting knives, and cone filters, not basket filters for the coffee pot), and the beds were comfy. We’ll be back!

Great stay! Easy check in and good communication. The kids could have stayed in the cabin all week with the hot tub and game room. Very close to Natural Bridge and Gorge Underground, as well as other local attractions.

We stayed for 3 nights with 3 adults and 4 kids, ages 8 - 2. This house was PERFECT!!
I searched for my ideal spot with these priorities:
-area around the house for my kids to run
-play/game room
-creek for the kids to get dirty and enjoy the outdoors
-firepit
-hot tub
-3+ bdrms

This house has all of these and more! Theres 2 bdrms on the main floor and 2 bdrms in the basement. The main floor bdrms are separated from the sunroom by the kitchen and living room so my big kids could play in the sunroom or the game room in the basement while my toddler napped or slept across the house from them.
Bonus was the drainage ditch that worked as a mini creek. They used boards and built bridges over it and rode their bikes all around and behind the house. Plus, there were games and activities in the sunroom that my kids loved liked large tinker toys, carpet checkers, monopoly, sorry, sidewalk chalk that they used on the deck and more!
We left the kids devices at home and intentionally only used ours when the kids were sleeping and had a fantastic getaway!! I'm sure you will, too! 🙂
Also, don't mind the lady bugs in the sunroom and didn't bother us. They're an issue in the whole area.

Great little place for a weekend getaway.

This cabin was about as good as it gets for the price!

The cabin was clean with plenty of space for our group of 4 women so we each had a private room. Located close to major attractions and dining. We didn’t have a chance to use the ping pong table and arcade games, but it looked like fun. We did use the hot tub and it was nice and worked well. It was great that the hot tub was under cover but also there was a nice breeze on the porch. The property mgt company was great at communicating about the road conditions. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the bonus room, or fire pit and deck, but it looked very nice.

Cabin was very nice, clean and very conveniently located to all the activities we had planned for our stay. Underground kayaks, zipline and thw natural bridge. Nancy responded promptly to any question I had. Nancy was very helpful.

Great house! 4 bedrooms was key for our family. Cabin was convenient to everything that we wanted to do….. but, secluded enough for us to really have fun without having to worry about the neighbors!!

We had a great time. There was some water coming from the walls but maintenance came the next day to fix it. We were not able to find a broom or mop to help clean up messes but did our best to keep it clean. Overall really nice place and close to many trails and restaurants.

Our stay at Woodpointe was better than expected and both us and our friends were beyond pleased with the fun memories created here. Location is beautiful, cabin was nice, spacious and cozy and nightsky is breathtaking.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was in a great location and had everything we needed for our long weekend at Red River Gorge. Overall the cabin could have used a little tlc. The landscape outside was overgrown, there were a few chairs in the sunroom that had stains on the cushions, and some of the bedding had stains- maybe bleach stains. The cabin was clean. We were satisfied with our stay. Thanks.

We visited with another family: four adults and four preteens, and everyone had a great time. The cabin was clean and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Our bedroom downstairs was chilly. If we had visited in summer, this would’ve been blissful. It was a bit too cold for us in last week of April, but was remedied by piling on the extra blankets that were available. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great for my husband's and I and 3 other couples. We enjoyed the weather sitting out on the large deck, loved the hot tub, and the location was only a short drive away from great hiking trails. Thanks Nancy for sharing your home with us!
